However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of ohroara.com, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. Ohroara and this website and the website employees or helpers are not responsible for injury or damage to any individual related to or resulting from your or any other person’s use or access of this Website and its Content. 

 

Ohroara is not a doctor or pastor or counsellor or of any such qualification and her comments are simply personal opinion not advice for you or anyone’s particular situation to be followed.  If you require professional assistance from a pastor or church leader or doctor or hospital or counsellor or other professional please get it from a suitable professional as Ohroara and this website and website employees/helpers are not responsible for you.

If purchasing items through provided outside links and problems arise, if you need assistance you should contact the provided link not ohroara.com (e.g. If a link you clicked on from ohroara.com to purchase a song of Ohroara’s on itunes fails to deliver the item and yet itunes did charge you, if you desire to pursue the matter, you should contact itunes and find a solution through them to get the desired song as they are the company you purchased from.)

Fanart equals fan art.  For fanart submissions please contact Ohroara via this website.  Items can be a file of sketch/cartoon/drawing/3D graphics picture/sculpture photograph/video snapshot manipulation excluding video manipulation or copy.  Do not send any hard copies to Ohroara.  All fanart is copyright to Ohroara and must be original artwork pieces regarding or of or directly concerning Ohroara or Ohroara's productions or Ohroara's artistic endeavours or may be manipulations of pictures or photographs of Ohroara or manipulations of pictures or photographs of Ohroara's productions or artistic endeavours.  No permission is given for any video copy/manipulation of Ohroara or video copy/manipulation of Ohroara's creations or video copy/manipulation of Ohroara's endeavours.  All artwork submitted in any format is immediately copyright to Ohroara.  All artwork already under copyright by any means including its display on this website or its creation by Ohroara is accepted as already copyright to Ohroara even if it is not submitted.  No guarantee is made that any arwork will be displayed for any length of time.  No compensation will be given in any way to those who submit fanart.  Those who submit fanart must be the creators of the fanart (unless the fanart is from a child).  All submissions must be from an adult and any submissions from a child will be rejected.  Submissions from children's legal guardians may be accepted if the legal guardian submits the artwork and agrees to the website agreement terms and that Ohroara retains all copyright of their legal ward's submitted artwork which is submitted through the legal guardian.  Fanart must not display copyrighted work from anyone other than Ohroara or Ohroara's productions or Ohroara's artistic endeavours.  If you believe a fanart picture has been erroneously placed here in violation of your own copyright then please contact this website with your viewable copyright certificate and details of the copyright owner and the piece in question.  Fanart must be showing Ohroara and God in a positive light and must be respectful and child-friendly.  Thank-you for your submissions.

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

Governing Law

This website is controlled by ohroara.com from our offices located in the state of QLD, Australia. It can be accessed by most countries around the world.  As each country has laws that may differ from those of QLD, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of QLD, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Australia, QLD.   You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Guarantee

Unless otherwise expressed, ohroara.com expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
